Add your meeting to the website
Group representatives
register group electronic meeting telemeetings intergroup
  1. View materials for members only by creating a group account or logging in via the members area
  2. Select My meetings from the menu and select an existing meeting or select submit a new weekly meeting
  3. Complete your details, setting Visibility as appropriate and Meeting status to Ongoing in the Publication section
  4. Move your mouse over any field name for further information
  5. The Meetings coordinator will approve the meeting visibility, and the Intergroup secretary will record the Intergroup's approval of the ongoing status
