The 27th annual Puget Sound Retreat will be held on the beautiful and tranquil Key Peninsula, in Western Washington State, near the Tacoma Narrows Bridge.

Serenity on the Sound is a retreat open to all SAA and COSA members, other S-recovery fellowships, and adult family and friends in recovery.

Enjoy 4 days and 3 nights in a beautiful setting, almost 100 mostly wooded acres, with 1/4 mile beach front and 350 foot dock in the Sound, a protected inlet in the Pacific Ocean. There are separate lodges for men and and women (with heating and plumbing), more rustic cabins, "chalet cabins", and permanent covered Platform tents -- for small groups or couples. Room for your own tents, campers, or RVs. Modern bathrooms with showers near to all meeting places and lodging options.

Workshops, meetings, a Talent Show, SAA and COSA Keynote speakers, Candle-lighting ceremony followed by torch-lit procession to the bonfire on the beach; also, drumming circle, classes in dance or meditation -- all put on by members doing 12-step service work. We also have a professional baker and chef doing our cooking, as his service to the fellowship.

Safety, above all else, is emphasized for all persons attending. We have "No One Stands Alone" [NOSA] members ready to help resolve any issues causing anyone to feel unsafe, triggered, or unwelcome for any reason. There is a full introduction to the 12 steps workshop [Basic Recovery for SAA and COSA].
