There is a service opportunity for someone to work with our webmaster, Chris X from the UK, to keep track of our telemeeting Intergroup's shared Zoom accounts.

- This service would suit someone with good attention to detail and the ability to track and operate the Intergroup's Zoom accounts.
Currently we have four zoom lines shared by many of our groups every day.
Chris has developed an excel spreadsheet that works very to keep track of current and future time slots for use by groups.

- The challenge is to fit the maximum number of meetings into as few Zoom accounts as possible, avoiding potential conflicts between meetings scheduled in different time zones. It's a little like air traffic control, but at a much more leisurely pace and with less drastic consequences if a collision does occur.

- Currently there are between one and ten new meetings each month, about half of which typically want to use one of our shared accounts.  
New meetings wanting to use one of the Intergroup's shared Zoom accounts are the ones that need scheduling.

- Chris is happy to provide any level of ongoing support, from an initial handover, to working as a team or deputy.
